Where does the data come from?The monkey gets the data from the Mythic character detail pages and search found at http://realmwar.warhammeronline.com/realmwar/CharacterSearch.war. As this data is pulled from these pages, there may be times when we need to re-train the Monkey as the pages on Mythic's website change.
How is my character info updated?
The Monkey makes cache's your character information locally to improve performance and relieve requests to Mythic's webservers. Your character's information is updated on demand every day. What this means is, if no one visits your Monkey profile, the Monkey doesn't bother updating your local cache, but as soon as you or someone visits your profile, new data for your characters will be updated if it is older than a day.
You can always visit your account management page and update characters data on demand as well using the refresh 
button.
